Never Got My Order

I ordered directly from the site and never received what I ordered. Have contacted the shop, have yet to hear a word on what they'll do to resolve it. Ordered prior from their eBay page and got that way sooner, but this order hasn't shown up in ten days since it's shipped, I would prefer to get my order than get refunded.
