TCG Product Authenticity

All of our Pokémon cards are 100% authentic Japanese imports. If you’ve bought from us before, you know the packaging, print quality, and holo patterns are exactly as they should be.


But here’s something many collectors starting to buy Japanese products don’t realize right away: Japanese cards are printed on thinner cardstock and often have a glossier, more lustrous finish, with holofoil effects that differ from what you’re used to. Some collectors actually say that Japanese cards feel too shiny or “off” compared to the U.S. versions.


That difference in texture and sheen sometimes leads newcomers to worry they’ve received fake cards, even though it’s just a normal characteristic of Japanese TCG stock. These differences can catch new collectors off guard, but they’re part of what makes Japanese cards special, and in many cases, collectors say the print quality and finish are actually better than their English counterparts.

TCG Pre-Order Information

We only offer pre-orders for items that are already secured and paid for with our trusted Japanese distributors. This means:

  • The price you see and pay when placing your preorder is the price you’ll get, no unexpected changes.
  • Your order is guaranteed and will ship as soon as the item arrives.


Typically, pre-orders ship from Japan to the U.S. on the official release date. Once the shipment arrives at our U.S. warehouse, which has been as fast as 2 days and usually within the same week, we immediately process, package, and send your order out.

Shipping & Delivery (Detailed Tracking Info)

To keep prices low, some of our lower-value items (like single booster packs or credit card skins) are shipped without tracking, usually in envelopes or flat mailers. This shipping method helps us offer these products at a lower cost.

When your order reaches a certain size, typically around 10 items or more, we upgrade to tracked shipping in a box, which provides better protection and peace of mind at no extra charge.

Every product that may ship without tracking will include a disclaimer in it's description, so feel free to check the product description for details.

If tracking is important to you for a smaller order, you can check the available shipping options or send us a message before buying. We’re happy to confirm the best shipping option or help you add tracking if possible.

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. For shipments with tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the item’s condition has changed or its value has been affected. This means any opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

While returned packages that are refused or sent back to us unopened can usually be restocked, products that show signs of handling or damage cannot be resold and thus cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist you promptly.
